تومور ادنتوژنیک کیستیک کلسیفیه پیگمانته مرتبط با ادونتوما: گزارش مو

چکیده
مقدمه: ضایعات ادونتوژنیک داخل استخوانی پیگمانته، ضایعات نادری هستند که تاکنون در منابع انگلیسی زبان 47 مورد از آنها گزارش شده است. در این میان Pigmented calcifying cystic odontogenic tumor شایع‌ترین نوع این ضایعات است که پیشتر تحت عنوان Calcifying odontogenic cyst شناخته می‌شد و تا به حال 20 مورد از آن گزارش شده است.
گزارش مورد: بیمار یک مرد نوزده ساله دارای یک تورم استخوانی دردناک در ناحیه قدام فک بالا در سمت راست با گسترش به ریم اوربیتال، مشکلات بینایی و سردرد بود. با توجه به نمای رادیوگرافیک، بررسی میکروسکوپی، رنگ‌آمیزی اختصاصی و ایمونوهیستوشیمیایی، تشخیص Pigmented calcifying cystic odontogenic tumor associated with odontoma داده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به خاستگاه مشترک ملانوسیت‌ها و دنتال لامینا از نئورال کرست، حضور ملانوسیت‌ها و ملانین در ضایعه اخیر قابل توجیه است؛ هر چند تاکنون نقشی برای آن در رفتار بیولوژیک و پیش‌آگهی مطرح نشده است. این مورد نیز به موارد نادر ضایعات ادونتوژنیک پیگمانته گزارش شده، اضافه خواهد شد.

A pigmented calcifying cystic odontogenic tumor associated with odontoma: A case report

Introdution: Pigmented intraosseous odontogenic lesions are rare, with only 47 reported cases inthe English literature. Among them, pigmented calcifying cystic odontogenic tumor, formerly knownas calcifying odontogenic cyst, is the most common lesion with 20 reported cases.Case Report: The patient was a 19-year-old man. He had a bony, tender expansion in anteriorright maxillary region extended to orbital rim with visual complaints and unilateral headache.Considering radiographic appearance, microscopic study, special and immunohistochemicalstaining, a diagnosis of pigmented calcifiying cystic odontogenic tumor associated with odontomawas rendered.Conclusion: Due to the same neural crest origin for melanocytes and dental lamina, the presenceof melanocytes and melanin in this lesion is accountable. However, till now, no biologic behavioraland prognostic role has been considered for it. This case will add to rare reported cases ofpigmented odontogenic lesions.Key words: Pigmented calcifying cystic odontogenic tumor, Odontoma, Melanocyte
