چکیده

مقدمه: فیبروم ادنتوژنیک مرکزی یک تومور خوش‌خیم غیرشایع و تا حدودی مبهم است که احتمالاً از PDL یا پالپ دندانی منشأ می گیرد. این ضایعه در همه گروههای سنی و در هر دو فک ماندیبل و ماگزیلا دیده شده است. معرفی مورد: در این گزارش یک مورد نادر فیبرومای ادنتوژنیک مرکزی باغلبه طرح سادهsimple) ) در یک مرد 57 ساله در ناحیة بی‌دندانی دندان کانین بالا معرفی شده است. ضایعه توسط جراحی خارج شد. بعد از انوکلئاسیون و کورتاژ در عرض 6 ماه عودی گزارش نگردید. نتیجه‌گیری: از نظر میکروسکوپی به دلیل تنوع هیستوپاتولوژی، دو طرح عمومی برای فیبرومهای ادنتوژنیک مرکزی توصیف شده است. نوع simple و نوع WHO. البته این تمایز میکروسکوپی ممکن است آکادمیک باشد چون به نظر نمی رسد که اختلافی در رفتار بالینی بین این دو طرح وجود داشته باشد. کلید واژه ها: فیبروم ادنتوژنیک مرکزی،طرح ساده، فک بالا، عود

Central odontogenic fibroma (COF): a case report

Introduction: Central odontogenic fibroma is an uncommon benign ectomesenchymal and somewhat controversial tumor of the jaw. This lesion is seen in all age groups and in both the mandible and maxilla.Case report: In this report, a rare case of central odontogenic fibroma with the simple type predominance is presented in a 57-year-old man in the right maxillary canine edentulous region. The lesion was surgically removed. After enuleation and curettage, no recurrence was recorded during the next six months. Conclusion: Microscopically, because of histopathologic variability, two common variants have been described for COF: Simple and WHO type. However, this microscopic differentiation may be academic because it appears to have no correlation with clinical behavior of the two variants.
