میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر اصفهان در مورد آزمایش شمارش کامل خون

چکیده
مقدمه: شمارش کامل خون از سری آزمایش‌هایی است که به عنوان یک واحد تلقی می گردد و نتایج آن در تعیین پاسخ سیستمیک به عفونتهای دهانی و حذف بیماریهای سیستمیک به عنوان علت ضایعات دهانی با ارزش می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان آگاهی دندانپزشکان شهر اصفهان از آزمایش شمارش کامل خون ((CBC بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی-توصیفی پرسشنامه ای مبنی بر بررسی آگاهی و عملکرد دندانپزشکان تهیه و تنظیم گردید. سپس پرسشنامه ها در طی جلسات بازآموزی یا با مراجعه به مطب، در میان 100 نفر از دندانپزشکان توزیع و پاسخ نامه ها جمع آوری گردید. سپس نتایج حاصل از پاسخنامه ها استخراج و داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون آماری کای دو تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. (05/0=α)یافته‌ها: در مجموع میانگین نمره کل آگاهی دندانپزشکان 61/0 بدست آمد که در حد مطلوب و نه ایده آل می باشد.نتیجه‌‌گیری: برگزاری جلسات بازآموزی و توجه بیشتر به آموزش اصول پایه و اولیه در دانشکده های دندانپزشکی جهت افزایش سطح آگاهی دندانپزشکان ضروری به نظر میرسد.کلید واژه‌ها: آگاهی، عملکرد، شمارش کامل خون،دندانپزشک

Awareness about complete blood cell count among general dental practitioners in Isfahan

Introduction: Complete blood count (CBC) is an important test, comprising several tests, considered a whole unit. The result of the test is important because it will help diagnose the systemic cause of some oral manifestations and eliminate the systemic etiologic factors involved in oral diseases. The aim of this study was to evaluate the knowledge of general dental practitioners in Isfahan about CBC test.Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, a specially designed questionnaire was delivered to 100 dentists during continuous education programs or by directly referring to their offices. Data was gathered and analyzed by chi-squared test using SPSS software (α = 0.05).Results: The mean overall score of the awareness of the dentists was 61%, which is optimal but not ideal.Conclusion: It is suggested that more continuous education programs be held to increase awareness of dental practitioners and greater emphasis be placed on basic sciences education in dental education.
