چکیده

مقدمه: با گسترش علم آمار و تحقیق، معیارهای پذیرش مقالات مجلات معتبر تغییرات چشم‌گیری کرده است و محققین مبتدی باید از اشتباهات رایجی که در زمان برنامه‌ریزی و نوشتن یک مقاله علمی ممکن است با آن مواجه شوند، آگاهی یابند. از این رو این مقاله با هدف شناخت اشتباهات رایج در مقالات علمی برای بهبود کیفیت آن‌ها طراحی شده است.شرح مقاله: این مقاله مروری با جستجو در منابع کتابخانه‌ای ISI Web of Science جهت جستجوی مقالات ارایه دهنده راهکارهای پژوهشی برای محققین جوان و با استفاده ویژه از یک مقاله مروری جدید نگاشته شده است. با توجه به اشتباهاتی که در هنگام نگارش یک مقاله علمی وجود دارد محققین مبتدی باید قبل از نگارش مقاله خود تسلط کامل بر تمام مراحل مطالعه مورد نظر داشته باشند که این امر مستلزم بررسی دقیق مطالعات گذشته و آشنایی کامل با فنون روش تحقیق می‌باشد.یافته‌ها: پیش از انجام هر پروژه تحقیقاتی، می‌بایست پروتکل آن به طور دقیق تدوین و نوع مطالعه مشخص شود. همچنین هر محقق در صورت تسلط کامل بر روش‌های آماری و یا با استفاده از نظرات مشاورین آمار، بایستی مطالعه خود را از جنبه‌های دارا بودن حجم نمونه مناسب و متعاقب آن بالا بودن قدرت مطالعه و روش نمونه‌گیری و دیگر موارد به دقت ارزیابی نماید.نتیجه‌گیری: نکات مهمی در فرایند انجام تحقیقات بالینی وجود دارد که مطالعه و توجه به آن‌ها می‌تواند راهگشای بسیاری از پژوهشگران جوان باشد.کلید واژه‌ها: پژوهش بالینی، محقق، آمار.

A review of common errors in clinical research

Introduction: The criteria for considering an article for publication in journals have undergone dramatic changes. Therefore, young researchers should get familiar with common errors and problems during designing studies and preparation of the articles reporting the results of studies. The present study was designed to investigate the most common mistakes that young researchers make during different phases of research protocols in order to improve the quality of research studies.Materials and Methods: The present review article was prepared by a comprehensive search in the ISI web of science to find articles that offer research guidelines for young researchers, with an emphasis on a recently published review article. Given possible errors during preparation of research articles, young researchers should have a sound knowledge of all the different stages of the study, which necessitates the evaluation of previous studies and familiarity with principles of research.Results: Before any attempts to start a clinical study, the protocol and the design of the study should be precisely defined and the type of the study determined. In addition, the researcher should evaluate the statistical methods of the study himself/herself or with the help of a statistical consultant in relation to the adequacy of population size and efficacy of sampling procedures in order to increase the power and validity of the study.Conclusion: There are important considerations in clinical studies, attention to which can help young researchers.Key words: Clinical research, Researcher, Statistics.
