بررسی تأثیر توانمندی بالینی دندان‌پزشکان متخصص بر توسعه‌ی صنعت گردشگری دندان‌پزشکی در شهر اصفهان

چکیده
مقدمه: ایران با توجه به قابلیت‌‌های فراوان در بخش درمانی، مانند هزینه‌ی پایین و نیروی انسانی متخصص در پی برنامه‌ریزی‌‌های اساسی در صنعت گردشگری می‌باشد. با توجه به ضرورت شناسایی توانمندی‌ها و ظرفیت‌های موجود در کشور، این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تأثیر توانمندی دندان‌پزشکان بر توسعه‌ی گردشگری دندان‌پزشکی اصفهان از دیدگاه دندان‌پزشکان متخصص تهیه و تدوین شده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی و با پرسش‌نامه‌ای شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک دندان‌پزشکان متخصص و گردشگران خارجی مراجعه کننده جهت دریافت خدمات دندان‌پزشکی، وضعیت کمیت و کیفیت خدمات قابل ارایه، توانمندی نیروی انسانی جهت ارایه‌ی خدمات، انجام شد. مقیاس اندازه‌گیری، پرسش‌نامه طیف لیکرت با نمره‌های 1ـ5 بود. پس از مطالعه‌ی پیش‌آزمون و تأیید روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه، بین 30 نفر از متخصصین دندان‌پزشک که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند (62 نفر) ارایه گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 19 و آنالیز‌های آمار توصیفی، آزمون t-test، Kruskal-Wallis، ضریب همبستگی Spearman و Pearson و تحلیل عاملی با سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین متغیرها برای توانمندی نیروی انسانی (0/338 ± 4/09) و کیفیت خدمات دندان‌پزشکی (0/501 ± 3/34) بدست آمد. آزمون تحلیل عاملی نیز نشان داد که توانمندی نیروی انسانی با واریانس 39/778 مهم‌ترین و اثربخش‌ترین عامل است.
نتیجه گیری: توانمندی نیروی انسانی، ارزان بودن هزینه‌‌های خدمات دندان‌پزشکی، کیفیت بالای خدمات و استفاده از تجهیزات مناسب، از عوامل مهم و مؤثر بر توسعه‌ی گردشگری دندان‌پزشکی می‌باشد. ثبت آمار گردشگران، استفاده از بسته‌ی تبلیغاتی در فرودگاه‌ها و هتل‌ها، راه‌اندازی سایت‌‌های اینترنتی برای دندان‌پزشکان و تعیین بازار‌های هدف گردشگری دندان‌پزشکی، می‌تواند راهکار مناسبی جهت توسعه‌ی این صنعت باشد.

The effect of clinical capabilities of dentists on Isfahan dental tourism development from the perspective of dental specialists

Introduction: Given the great advantages in Iran, including low cost and specialist human resources in the health sector, Iran is planning fundamental programs in the tourism industry. With respect to the identification of capabilities and potentials in different parts of the country, this study was undertaken to determine the impact of clinical capabilities of dentists on Isfahan dental tourism development from the perspective of dental specialists.
Materials & Methods: The descriptive and analytical study was carried out using a questionnaire which included demographic characteristics, foreign tourists' characteristics to receive dental services, quality and quantity of services that can be offered and the capabilities of the dental human resources. Likert’s 5-score scale was used for determining scores. After studying a pre-test with 30 dental specialists and confirming the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, it was randomly handed in to 62 dentistry experts in Isfahan. Data was analyzed with SPSS 19, using descriptive statistical methods, t-test, Kruskal-Wallis, Spearman’s and Pearson’s correlation coefficients and factor analysis (α=0.05).
Results: Variable means for human resource capabilities and dental service quality were 4.09±.338 and 3.34±.501, respectively. Factor analysis showed that human resource capabilities are the most important and most effective variable with a variance of 39.778.
Conclusion: Capabilities of human resources, affordable costs of dental services, high quality of services and use of proper equipment are important factors influencing dental tourism development. Recording tourists’ data, use of publicity packages at airports and hotels, establishing websites for dentists and finally determining target markets of dental tourism are suitable strategies to develop dental tourism industry.
