بررسی آگاهی دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر شیراز درباره‌ی تدابیر دندان‌پزشکی بیماران مصرف کننده‌ی داروهای ضد انعقاد

چکیده

مقدمه: برخی از درمان‌های دندان‌پزشکی، موجب خون‌ریزی بیشتر در افرادی با بیماری‌های خون‌ریزی دهنده و مصرف کننده‌ی داروهای ضد انعقاد می‌شود. بنابراین آشنایی با تدابیر دندان‌پزشکی برای کنترل خون‌ریزی در این بیماران الزامی است. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان عمومی و دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی، در سال 1393 در شهر شیراز صورت گرفت. 90 دندان‌پزشک و 60 دانشجوی عمومی به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. سطح آگاهی این دو گروه به‌وسیله‌ی پرسش‌نامه‌ای در زمینه‌های مختلف ارزیابی شد. سطح معنی‌داری، 0/05 در نظر گرفته شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از مطالعه، توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 20 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: از 90 دندان‌پزشک، 80 نفر و از 60 دانشجو، 55 نفر به پرسش‌نامه به طور کامل پاسخ دادند. میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی از سقف 15 امتیاز برای دو گروه دندان‌پزشک و دانشجو به ترتیب 2/31 ± 5/32 و 3/2 ± 7/3 بود. نیمی از دندان‌پزشکان دارای آگاهی ضعیف و در حدود نیمی دیگر دارای آگاهی متوسط بودند و 21/4 درصد دانشجویان دارای آگاهی ضعیف، 64/36 درصد دارای آگاهی متوسط و 14/3 درصد دارای آگاهی خوب بودند. بین سن و میزان آگاهی، رابطه‌ی معکوس و معنی‌داری وجود داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های بدست آمده در این مطالعه، سطح آگاهی دانشجو و دندان‌پزشک در حد قابل قبول نبود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Some dental procedures cause more bleeding in patients with bleeding disorders, who use anticoagulants. Therefore, it is necessary to become familiar with control bleeding disease in such patients. Considering the importance of this issue, the aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of dentists and dentistry students in this respect.
Materials & Methods: Ninety dentists and sixty dentistry students of Shiraz Dental School were randomly selected for the purpose of this cross-sectional descriptive/analytical study in 2014. The knowledge of these two groups of subjects was evaluated in different aspects by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with SPSS 20.
Results: Eighty dentists and 55 dentistry students completed the questionnaires. The mean knowledge scores for these two groups of dentists and dentistry students were 5.3 ± 2.31 and 7.3 ± 3.2, respectively, of a total possible score of 15. The knowledge of half of the dentists was poor and the rest had moderate knowledge; 21.4% of dentistry students had poor, 64.36% had moderate and 14.3% had good knowledge. The knowledge of participants exhibited an inverse relation with their age.
Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the knowledge of dentists and dentistry students was not favorable.
