بررسی میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاقی پژوهش‌های انسانی و حیوانی در بازنگری پایان‌نامه‌های تخصصی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی اصفهان در یک دوره‌ی 15 ساله (1380-1394)

چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه در پژوهش‌های انسانی و حیوانی، پرداختن به رعایت اصول اخلاقی بیشتر شده است، اما در مطالعات دندان‌پزشکی کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان رعایت کدهای اخلاقی در پایان‌نامه‌های تخصصی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی اصفهان در یک دوره‌ی زمانی 15 ساله (1380-1394) انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه، از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود که بر روی 300 پایان‌نامه انجام گرفت. ابتدا چک‌لیستی از کدهای اخلاقی کار با آزمودنی‌های انسانی و حیوانی تهیه گردید و در مرحله‌ی بعد، اطلاعات پایان‌نامه‌ها با استفاده از این چک‌لیست جمع‌آوری شد و با آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس دو طرفه و روش حداقل اختلاف معنی‌دار (LSD) ارزیابی گردید (α = 0/05).
یافته‌ها: از مجموع 70 پایان‌نامه در تحقیقات انسانی، در 38 مورد (54/2 درصد) رضایت کتبی و در 10 مورد (14/2 درصد) رضایت شفاهی کسب شده بود. در 46 مورد (65/7 درصد) آزمودنی‌ها داوطلبانه وارد مطالعه شده بودند و در 18 مورد (25/7 درصد) درباره‌ی اختیار خروج از مطالعه در هر زمان آگاهی داشتند. در 20 مورد (52/6 درصد) به جبران خسارت اشاره شده بود. از مجموع 51 پایان‌نامه در تحقیقات حیوانی (46/5 درصد) کدهای اخلاقی رعایت گردیده بود و در 36 مورد (70/5 درصد) از سازمان‌های کمک‌کننده نام برده شده بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: هرچند روند کلی رعایت کدهای اخلاقی در مطالعات دستیاران تخصصی، رو به بهبود است ولی به نظر می‌رسد رعایت اصول اخلاقی در پژوهش‌های انسانی و حیوانی تا رسیدن به حد مطلوب راهی طولانی در پیش دارد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Todays in human and animal researchs addressing the ethical principles is more, but still less attention is dental researchs. The aim of this study to evaluate compliance with ethical codes at professional theses of Isfahan dental school done in a period of 15 years (2001-2015). 
Materials & Methods: In this cross-sectional study that was performed on 300 thesis of dental college, at first a checklist of ethics codes in working with human and animal subjects was prepared and in next level theses information was gathered by this checklist and valuated with Two-way analysis of variance and least significant difference test (LSD) (α = 0/05).
Results: A total of 70 on human study, in 38 cases (54/2%) written consent and in 10 cases (14/2%) oral consent was obtained. In 46 cases (65/7%) subjects were enrolled voluntarily and in 18 cases (25/7%) had consciousness about the power to withdraw from the study at any time. In 20 cases (52/6%) had been referred to the compensation. A total of 51 on animal studies (46/5%) of ethical codes was compliance and in 36 cases (70/5%) of donor organizations were mentioned. 
Conclusion: Although the general trend comply with ethical codes in residential studies is improving but it seems that there is a long way to achieve the ethical principles in human and animal studies.
