آگاهی و نگرش دندان‌پزشکان شهر تهران نسبت به موارد تجویز توموگرافی کامپیوتری با اشعه‌ی مخروطی

چکیده

مقدمه: در سال‌های اخیر، تصاویر CBCT به دلیل مزایای متعدد نظیر ایجاد تصاویر سه‌بعدی، راحتی تهیه‌ی‌ تصاویر و امکان بازسازی داده‌ها، کاربردهای فراوانی در دندان‌پزشکی پیدا کرده است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان آگاهی و نگرش دندان‌پزشکان شاغل در شهر تهران درباره‌‌ی موارد تجویز تصاویر CBCT در سال 1397 انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه با روش توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی 199 نفر از دندان‌پزشکان شاغل در شهر تهران در سال 97-1396 انجام شد. پرسش‌نامه‌ی‌ پژوهش بر اساس اصول استاندارد در 24 گزینه طراحی و نمرات آگاهی با اختصاص یک نمره به پاسخ‌های صحیح و صفر نمره به پاسخ‌های غلط به دست آمد. اثرات متغیرهای مختلف مانند سن، سابقه‌ی کار و غیره در نمرات آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون خطی بررسی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه‌ی 22 استفاده شد. ارتباط نمرات آگاهی با نحوه‌ی پاسخ‌دهی به برخی سؤالات پرسش‌نامه با ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن محاسبه گردید.
یافته‌ها: میانگین آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان درباره‌‌ی CBCT برابر با 7/77 و انحراف معیار برابر با 2/02 برآورد گردید. محدوده‌ی‌ نمرات آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان درباره‌ی‌ موضوع برابر 3-15 بوده است. میانگین آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان درباره‌ی‌ CBCT برحسب پارامترهای مختلف تقریباً در یک محدوده قرار داشته است. هیچ یک از متغیرهای مدت زمان اشتغال به حرفه‌ی‌ دندان‌پزشکی، سن، تجویز یا عدم تجویز CBCT برای بیماران و تمایل یا عدم تمایل برای آموزش نرم‌افزارهای CBCT، اثرات آشکاری در پیش‌بینی آگاهی دندان‌پزشکان نداشته‌اند (0/19 = p value).
نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود این‌که دندان‌پزشکان شهر تهران، آگاهی متوسطی درباره‌ی‌ موارد تجویز CBCT داشتند، به دلیل مسؤولیت آن‌ها در ارتقاء سلامت دهان و دندان افراد و با در نظر گرفتن مزایای کاربرد CBCT در ارتقاء کیفیت درمان‌ و بهبود سلامت دهان و دندان، به نظر می‌رسد این آگاهی باید از طرق مختلف ارتقاء یابد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: CBCT imaging systems are widely used in different dental treatment fields in recent years due to their advantages, such as obtaining 3D images, ease of image acquisition, and reconstruction of data. This study assessed the knowledge and attitudes of dentists in Tehran about the use and indications of the CBCT technique in 2017-2018.
Materials and Methods: In a descriptive cross-sectional study, 199 dentists in Tehran were selected. A questionnaire was designed using standard methods with 24 items. The knowledge scores of the dentists were calculated by assigning 1 score to each correct answer and 0 for each incorrect answer. A linear regression test determined the effects of different parameters on the knowledge scores. SPSS was used for statistical analyses. Spearman’s correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between the knowledge scores and the answers provided for some questions.
Results: The mean knowledge score of the dentists about CBCT prescription indications was 7.77, with a standard deviation of 2.02. The knowledge score range was 3-15. The mean scores of knowledge were similar regarding different parameters. The years in the dental occupation among dentists, age, prescription of CBCT for the patients, or intention to receive education on CBCT software did not affect the prediction of knowledge scores of the dentists (p value < 0.19).
Conclusion: Since dentists in Tehran exhibited moderate knowledge regarding the indications of CBCT, efforts should be made to improve their knowledge level due to their responsibility in oral health and the benefits of CBCT images to increase the quality of dental treatments.
