مقایسه‌ی میزان تأثیر درمانی لیزر کم توان بر کاهش درد و سطح نیتریک اکساید در مایع شیار لثه‌ای در هنگام قرار دادن جداساز در بیماران ارتودنسی

چکیده

مقدمه: قرارگیری جداسازهای ارتودنسی، منجر به درد و ناراحتی در بیماران می‌شود. مصرف ضد دردها برای کاهش این درد، همراه با عوارض جانبی بوده است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر لیزر کم توان بر کاهش درد و سطح نیتریک اکساید در مایع شیار لثه‌ای در هنگام قرار دادن جداساز در بیماران ارتودنسی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی تجربی- آزمایشگاهی، بر روی 30 بیمار با محدوده‌ی سنی 15-35 سال که نیازمند قرارگیری جداساز بر روی مولر اول ماگزیلای سمت راست بودند، انجام شد. بیماران به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه لیزر و دارونما قرار گرفتند. نمونه‌گیری از مایع شیار لثه‌ای در روزهای 0، 3 و 5 در هر دو گروه انجام شد. تابش لیزر، در روزهای 2 و 4 انجام گردید، در گروه دارونما، دستگاه به شکل خاموش مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. میزان درد نیز به وسیله‌ی پرسش‌نامه‌ی VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) به صورت روزانه توسط بیماران ثبت گردید. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های t-test و ANOVA تجزیه و تحلیل شدند (0/05 > p value).
یافته‌ها: میزان درد در گروه لیزر، نسبت به گروه دارونما، بیشتر بود، اما این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار نبود (0/067 = p value). سطح نیتریک اکساید در گروه لیزر نسبت به گروه دارونما کاهش بیشتری داشت اما این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار نبود (0/286 = p value).
نتیجه‌گیری: تأثیر لیزر کم توان بر کاهش میزان درد ایجاد شده بعد از قرارگیری سپریتور، بسیار کم بوده و از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار نبود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The placement of an orthodontic separator induces pain and discomfort inpatients. The use of Nsaids for its analgesic effect was along with side effects. The aim of study evaluation of the effect of low power laser therapy on pain reduction and NO level in GCF induced by separator force in orthodontic treatment.
Materials and Methods: This experimental laboratory study was performed on 30 patients in the age range of 15-35 who required placement of the separator on the right maxillary molars. Patients were randomly divided into two groups of laser and placebo. Gingival groove fluid sampling was performed on 0-3-0 days in both groups. Laser irradiation was performed on days 2 and 4, in the placebo group, the device was used off. The amount of pain was recorded by patients with a VAS questionnaire on a daily basis. Data were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA (α = 0.05).
Results: VAS score in laser group was more than placebo group but it wasn’t statistically different (p value = 0.067), NO level further decrease in laser group compared with placebo group but it wasn’t statistically different (p value = 0.286).
Conclusion: The effect of low level laser therapy on pain reduction was very low and it wasn’t statistically different
