ابعاد مدیریت داده‌های پژوهشی در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی علوم پزشکی قطب ۷ کشور

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد مؤثر مدیریت داده‌های پژوهشی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، قطب ۷ کشور بود.
مواد و روش‎ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه‌ی آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) از نوع اکتشافی است که در سال 1399 در کتابخانه‎های دانشگاهی علوم پزشکی قطب 7 کشور انجام شد. داده‌های بخش کیفی با پرسش‌نامه‌ی ‌ساختاریافته به روش دلفی‌فازی گردآوری شده و در بخش کمی، داده‌ها منتج از نتایج بخش کیفی بوده که برای گردآوری آن‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش، 127 نفر از کتابداران دانشگاه‎های علوم پزشکی قطب 7 کشور بودند. در بخش کمی، از آزمون رتبه‌بندی Friedman، آزمون کفایت نمونه‌گیری‌ Bartlett's Test of Sphericity، آزمون t-test، آزمون‌ای تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و تکنیک مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: میانگین بارهای‌ عاملی همه‌ی مؤلفه‎های مدیریت داده بالاتر از 8/0 و قابل ‌قبول بوده است. با اطمینان 99 درصد، نکوئی برازش مدل‌های اندازه‌گیری در بخش کیفی، سبب اکتشاف مؤلفه‌های 12گانه زیرساخت داده، نقش نظارتی، استفاده‌ی مجدد، بودجه، سازماندهی، خدمات اطلاعاتی، اشتراک‌گذاری، آموزش و به‌روزرسانی، توزیع و انتشار، سیاست‌گذاری، ذخیره و نگهداری، حفاظت محتوای داده‌ها و تأیید آن‌ها توسط خبرگان شد. نتایج آزمون t در بخش‌کمی نشان داد که بین وضعیت ‌مطلوب و موجود مدیریت داده در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‎های علوم پزشکی قطب 7، تفاوت معنی‌داری (18/050= t-value) وجود داشته و وضعیت موجود نسبت به مطلوب در حد پایین‌تر از متوسط بوده است.
نتیجه‎گیری: وضعیت مدیریت‌ داده‌ها در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی علوم پزشکی (قطب 7 کشوری) در دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی، با چالش‎هایی مواجه است؛ لذا توجه و تقویت ابعاد مختلف شناسایی شده توسط این پژوهش در مدیریت داده‌ها، زمینه را برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی، پژوهشی و ارتقای سطح فعالیت‎های آموزش پزشکی و سلامت در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی فراهم خواهد ساخت.

Identify the Dimensions and Provide an Appropriate Model for Research Data Management in Medical Sciences in 7th Country Zone

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions effective for research data management in medical universities in 7th country Zone.
Materials and Methods: The present research is an analytical survey that was conducted in 2020 in the university libraries of medical sciences in 7th country Zone. The data of the qualitative section were collected by a structured questionnaire by Delphi-fuzzy method and the data of the quantitative section were the result of the qualitative section and a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect them. The statistical population of the study included 127 librarians of medical universities in 7th country Zone. In a small part of descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis tests were used to present the research model and structural equation modeling technique.
Results: The average factor loads of all data management components were higher than 0.8 and acceptable. With a 99% confidence in the good fit of the 12-component measurement models (infrastructure; regulatory role; reuse; budget; organization; intelligence services; sharing; training and updating; distribution and dissemination; policy-making; storage and preservation; data content protection) were recorded. The results of t-test in a small part showed that there was a significant difference (t value = 80.50) between the desired and existing status of data management in the libraries of medical universities of 7th country Zone.
Conclusion: The state of data management in university libraries of medical sciences (7th country Zone) faces challenges in achieving organizational goals; therefore, paying attention to and strengthening the various dimensions identified by this research in data management will provide the basis for achieving organizational and research goals and improving the level of medical education and health activities in medical universities.
