مدیریت درمان پالپ دندان‌های مولر شیری در بیمار مبتلا به آنمی فانکونی: گزارش یک مورد

چکیده

مقدمه: آنمی فانکونی، یک بیماری نادر اتوزومال مغلوب است که مرتبط با شکست کروموزوم و اختلال در ترمیم DNA می‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر، گزارش یک مورد مبتلا به آنمی فانکونی و مدیریت درمان پالپ دندان‌های شیری و پیگیری‌های کلینیکی دوره‌ای وی می‌باشد.
شرح مورد: بیمار مورد نظر پسر شش ساله با تشخیص قطعی آنمی فانکونی است که به دلیل پوسیدگی دندان‌های شیری و درد هنگام غذا خوردن به بخش تخصصی دندان‌پزشکی کودکان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان مراجعه کرده است. برخی علائم از جمله قامت کوتاه، پرمویی، صورت پیگمانته، ابروان بهم پیوسته، موی خشن، پیشانی برآمده، پل بینی صاف و گوش‌های بزرگ در وی به چشم می‌خورد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با وجود پایین بودن سطح پلاکت‌ها موفق به انجام درمان همزمان دو دندان در یک جلسه شده و تا زمان گزارش ارائه مورد مشکل خاصی مشاهده نشده است. توصیه بر این است که در نظر گرفتن سلامت عمومی بیمار در ارائه طرح درمان بسیار مهم می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Fanconi anemia is a rare autosomal recessive disease that is associated with chromosome failure and impaired DNA repair. The aim of this study was to report a case of Fanconi anemia and to manage the treatment of deciduous tooth pulp and its periodic clinical follow-up.
Case Report: The patient is a six-year-old boy with a definitive diagnosis of Fanconi anemia who has referred to the Pediatric Dentistry Department of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences due to decayed deciduous teeth and pain. Some obvious signs such as short stature, hair, pigmented face, contiguous eyebrows, coarse hair, protruding forehead, flat nose bridge and large ears.
Conclusion: With despite the low platelet level, two teeth can be treated simultaneously in one session and no particular problem has been observed until the case is reported. It is recommended that taking into account the general health of the patient is very important in providing a treatment plan.
