ارزیابی محیط آموزشی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی اردبیل بر اساس مدل DSLES

چکیده

مقدمه: مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف ارزیابی محیط آموزشی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی اردبیل بر اساس مدل DSLES انجام پذیرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- مقطعی، 197 دانشجوی پیش بالینی و بالینی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی اردبیل مشغول تحصیل در سال 1400 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه DSLES نسخه‌ی 48 سؤالی استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون T-test انجام پذیرفت (سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 > p value).
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل 7 مؤلفه‌ی محیط آموزشی بر اساس پرسش‌نامه‌ی DSLES نشان داد که به ترتیب میانگین و انحراف استاندارد روابط بین دانشجویان (0/50 ± 2/18)، سازمان‌دهی برنامه‌ی آموزشی (0/49 ± 2/16)، تناسب فعالیت‌های آموزشی با اهداف آموزشی (0/46 ± 1/81)، توجه به دغدغه‌های دانشجویان (0/49 ± 1/70)، توسعه‌ی فعالیت‌های یادگیری و فوق‌ برنامه (0/47 ± 1/66)، انعطاف برنامه‌ی آموزشی (0/43 ± 1/61) و جو عاطفی (0/41 ± 1/54) می‌باشد. همچنین میانگین و انحراف استاندارد در کل پرسش‌نامه (محیط آموزشی) برابر (0/30 ± 1/82) برآورد گردید. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معنی‌داری در وضعیت محیط آموزشی دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی اردبیل از دیدگاه دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی اردبیل بر اساس جنسیت وجود ندارد (0/05 < p value)؛ اما تفاوت معنی‌داری بر اساس دوره‌ی آموزشی پری‌کلینیک و کلینیک وجود داشت (0/05 > p value).
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پیشنهاد می‌شود، توجه بیشتری به انعطاف‌پذیری در محتوای برنامه‌ی درسی و همچنین به راهای ارتباطی بیشتر بین دانشجویان و مسؤولین دانشکده جهت پاسخ به دغدغه‌های آن‌ها اندیشیده شود.

Evaluation of Educational Environment of Ardabil Dental School Based on DSLES Model

Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate the educational environment of the School of Dentistry from the perspective of Ardabil dental students based on the DSLES model.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 197 pre-clinical and clinical students participated who studied in Ardabil Dentistry School in 2022. A 48-item DSLES questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and T-test.
Results: The results of the analysis of 7 components of the educational environment based on the DSLES questionnaire showed the results as followings: the mean and standard deviation of student-student (2.18 ± 0.50), the organization of the educational program (2.16 ± 0.49), meaningful experience (1.81 ± 0.46), supportiveness (1.70 ± 0.49), breadth-interest (1.66 ± 0.47), flexibility (1.61 ± 0.43) and emotional climate (1.54 ± 0.41). Also, the mean and standard deviation in the whole questionnaire (educational environment) were estimated to be (1.82 ± 0.30). The results also showed that there is no significant difference in the educational environment of Ardabil Dental School from the perspective of Ardabil dentistry students based on gender (p value > 0.05); But there was a significant difference based on pre-clinic and clinic training course (p value < 0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the results, it is suggested that more attention should be paid to flexibility in the content of the curriculum and also to more communication channels between students and faculty officials to respond to their concerns.
