بررسی عملکرد دانشجویان دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در تکمیل پرونده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی در سال ۱۳۹۹-۱۴۰۰

چکیده

مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عملکرد دانشجویان دانشکده‌ی دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در تکمیل پرونده‌ی دندانپزشکی انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی در بهار سال ۱۴۰۰ در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان و با شرکت ۲۰۰ نفر از دانشجویان دو سال آخر دانشکده‌ی دندانپزشکی انجام شد. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه‌ای پژوهشگرساخته جهت بررسی عملکرد دانشجویان در پر کردن پرونده‌ی دندانپزشکی استفاده شد.  جهت پاسخ‌دهی به سوالات پرسشنامه معیار لیکرت با ۵ گزینه به کار رفت: هرگز، به‌ ندرت، گاهی اوقات، اغلب اوقات و همیشه؛ که به ترتیب نمره‌ی ۱ تا ۵ به هر یک از پاسخ‌ها اختصاص داده شد. سپس نتایج به صورت میانگین و انحراف معیار گزارش و با استفاده از آزمون Independent t-test (با سطح معنی‌داری 0/05)، رابطه‌ی آن‌ها نسبت به جنسیت و سال تحصیلی بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: عملکرد ۷۷ درصد دانشجویان در بازه‌ی ۲ تا کمتر از ۴ قرار گرفت که به عنوان عملکرد متوسط گزارش شد. عملکرد 0/5 درصد ضعیف و عملکرد ۵/۲۲ درصد خوب گزارش شد. همچنین عملکرد دانشجویان بر خلاف جنسیت، نسبت به سال تحصیلی رابطه‌ی معناداری داشت (0/001 p value < )، به طوری که دانشجویان سال ۵ از دانشجویان سال ۶ عملکرد بهتری داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: عملکرد بیشتر دانشجویان دو سال آخردندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در تکمیل پرونده­ی دندانپزشکی در سطح متوسط می باشد. همچنین در این مطالعه دیده شد که سال تحصیلی دانشجویان، بر خلاف جنسیت آن‌ها، می‌تواند بر عملکردشان اثرگذار باشد؛ به طوری که دانشجویان سال ۵ از دانشجویان سال ۶ عملکرد بهتری داشتند.

Assessing the Performance of Senior Dental Students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in Completing the Dental Record in 2020-2021

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the performance of senior dental students of the Faculty of Dentistry of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in the documentation of dental records.
Methods & Materials:  This cross-sectional study was performed at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in the Spring of 2021. 200 dental students in their last two years of education participated in this study. A questionnaire was used to examine students’ performance in filling dental records, which included a Likert scale with five options: never, rarely, sometimes, often, and always; A score of 1 to 5 was assigned to each of the answers. Then the results were reported in the form of mean and standard deviation, and with a significance level of 0.05, an independent T-test was used to investigate their relationship with gender and academic year.
Results: The performance of 77% of students was in the range of 2 to less than 4, which was reported as medium performance. Also, 0.5% had poor, and 22.5% had a good performance. Unlike gender, students' performance had a significant relationship with their academic year, so 5th-year students performed better than 6th-year students (p value < 0.001).
Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, the performance of most of the senior dental students of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in completing the dental file is at a medium level. It was also seen in this study that the academic year of students, unlike their gender, can affect their performance; So, 5th-year students performed better than 6th-year students.
